If budget is a concern, its restrictions are communicated at this time.
Next, I present my findings and recommendations for review and approval to you, the client. This brand strategy will include timelines, budgets and defined ROI expectations.
I also present a customized team selected for their experience in executing similar projects. Should you have an internal team or loyalties to any specific providers, I am happy to work with them in either a support or leadership role.
Once the strategic proposal is approved, and should you decide to work with one of my teams, I remain the sole point of contact throughout the execution of all projects, providing real-time updates and comprehensive reporting as needed.
Once the proposed projects are complete, I help with transition of ownership and management of all existing accounts and assets, and offer my services as a consultant, or any of my team’s services, as required or appropriate.
